Profile

Hello, my name is Tine.

You can contact me for general physiotherapy, rehabilitation after surgery and Pilates.

I am happy to treat your physical problems or conditions such as an ankle sprain, tennis elbow, lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain, and much more.

As an instructor of group classes, the gym has been my second home for many years. I love being at the forefront in classes like piloxing, Bodypump® (Les Mills), and core training.

My great passion is Pilates, a functional training method that makes the whole body stronger and more flexible. In addition to teaching in a group or individually, I like to use this method in conjunction with physiotherapy treatments.

My native language is Dutch, but I can also assist you in French, English, or Spanish.

2023 – Master’s in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy, specializing in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy in Musculoskeletal Disorders, Ghent University, Belgium

2021 – Bachelor’s in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy, Ghent University, Belgium

2017 – Level I Comprehensive Peak Pilates® Certificate, awarded by Yves De Moor (Y-Pilates), in Ghent, Belgium. Area of work: Physiotherapist

Specialization

– General Physiotherapy: Treatment of various musculoskeletal system disorders following a physical trauma (ankle sprain, dislocations, …) or chronic diseases due to overuse (tennis elbow, neck and back problems, shoulder pains, …)

– Pre- and Postnatal Physiotherapy

– Treatment of chronic diseases: cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic, or respiratory disorders (COPD, Parkinson’s disease, fibromyalgia, etc.)

– Rehabilitation after surgeries or accidents.

– Pilates Instructor

– Recovery of imbalances in different muscle groups, which can be responsible for some overuse complaints

– Learning the correct posture during daily activities

– Specific exercises for chronic back pain.

Sara Porić

A personal trainer with over six years of experience in the fitness world.
My mission is to help women transform their bodies, improve their physical and mental health, and boost their self-confidence.
I strive to create an environment where every woman feels strong, supported, and motivated.

I offer one-on-one live personal training, customized workout programs, and basic nutritional guidance.
Additionally, if needed, I can provide general recommendations for future training.

My native language is Slovenian, but I can also assist you in Serbian, Croatian, English, or Spanish.
